Ordering

 

You can place an order by:

- Ordering directly from our website

- Sending us a private message on Facebook or Instagram

Etsy

We are trying to migrate activity to our website but if you would prefer to buy via Etsy, please get in touch either by email or via CONTACT so we can make you a listing. 

Please note: because of the fees involved, the price on Etsy will be a little higher than on our website. 

Lead Time on Orders

- Ready to ship items will be processed and shipped out within a week of the order being placed. 

- Our pre-order items will have a longer lead time depending on the volume of orders as we only have one seamstress. The time frame will usually be stated on the product page.

If you need the product for a certain date please let us know and we will let you know if this is possible.

Pre-order Process

The process for our pre-orders is as follows:

- Place order during pre-order dates. Once the pre-order is closed, products will be marked as sold out.

- At the end of the pre-order period, we will get in touch with our suppliers to gather the materials needed.

- Once all the materials are in our studio, we will start processing orders.

- After the orders are complete, they will be shipped out.

NOTE: if there is a high volume orders this may be done in batches.

Payment

 

We accept payment via paypal in Great British Pounds 

Shipping

 

We are based in the UK and offer international shipping.

Our shipping options are as follows:

- Domestic: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (compensation up to £100)

- Europe: International Tracked  (compensation up to £50)

- Rest of the world: International Tracked  (compensation up to £50)

If you are based in Europe and can't find your country as an option please get in touch via CONTACT

Returns Policy

 

- If your package has not reached you within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking and with your local post. If your parcel is lost please contact us asap and we will intervene and file a complaint with Royal Mail. 

Please note: international items can only be compensated up to £50 by Royal Mail. If you would like a service that covers higher, this can be arranged but the cost is almost double.

- Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged - please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of the return postage and presenting proof of postage via email.
- If you purchase our ready to ship items, please make sure you have checked your measurements carefully. Because of the handmade nature of our products, there could be slight differences in measurements of up to 1.5cm. If you are unsure about whether it will be a suitable fit for you, please get in touch via CONTACT and we will check for you. 
- Pre-orders cannot be returned, please make sure you have checked the measurements carefully.
